An exciting day on Wednesday for Cecil Picard Elementary as they were recognized as one of 8 schools in this year's Blue Ribbon School recognitions. We were honored to have state dignitaries as well as current and former administrators and staff to celebrate this outstanding achievement. CPE joins Erath High, Indian Bayou, and FIEB as recipients of this distinguished award.
