Mrs. Emily's class is currently learning about Louisiana culture. They had a special visitor today. Her grandfather came and played his accordion for her class.🪗
Mrs. Nicole's second graders had a fun lesson on Perseverance today from Mrs. Emily Simon! Each student took part in squeezing a lemon to show how hard work pays off!!!🍋🍋

Mrs. Jennifer’s ELA classes celebrated their AR success today with the “AR-nival Carnival” party day! 🤩🤩
Each child had the chance to “purchase” various rewards and prizes using the AR points accumulated this year. It was a great day to celebrate individual reading success!

The NVHS band stopped by this morning and played some Christmas carols for our 5th grade band students!🎄🎼🎅🏻
Mrs. Jennifer had 3 more students ring the bell to signal their achievement in making it to the 20 point AR club!
All students in Mrs. Jennifer’s class also finished the day with Flashlights Friday for Intervention time!
